This is the Tulsa Shock Collective Snapback, a 6-panel, structured medium white crown hat with a yellow brim and a green under brim. 

From 2010 - 2015 Tulsa, Oklahoma hosted The Tulsa Shock, a professional women’s basketball team. Though it was short lived, the impact it had will forever be remembered.
