Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with T.OK94. We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. 14-Day Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@tok94.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@tok94.com.

Important: Please include clear photos of the damage/defect and the outer packaging in your email so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal care goods: Beauty products or intimate apparel.

  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Final Sale: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet the "same condition" requirements listed in Section 1.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
