Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with T.OK94. We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. 14-Day Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused), with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Order Cancellations You may cancel an unfulfilled order within 1 hour of placing it by logging in to your account at https://account.tok94.com and submitting a cancellation request. After 1 hour, your order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled.

3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at danielbroadous@tok94.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at danielbroadous@tok94.com. Please include clear photos of the damage/defect and the outer packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Custom products: Special orders or personalized items
• Personal care goods: Beauty products or intimate apparel
• Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases
• Final Sale: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the following rights under EU consumer law:

Cancellations (EU customers): You have the right to cancel an unfulfilled order within 1 hour of placing it by logging in to your account at https://account.tok94.com and submitting a cancellation request.

Returns (EU customers): You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This window extends over weekends and public holidays. To initiate a return, log in to your account at https://account.tok94.com and submit a return request from your orders page.

The item must still meet the condition requirements listed in Section 1.

8. Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at danielbroadous@tok94.com.
