Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing & Production

All orders undergo a brief verification period before entering production.

Standard Orders: Please allow 3–7 business days for payment processing and production before your order ships.
Pre-Orders: Please allow 20–30 business days for production. These items are crafted to order and require an extended window.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete and your order leaves our facility, standard transit times apply:

United States: 9–14 business days.
International: Delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Total Estimated Fulfillment Time

To help you plan, here is the total window from the moment you click "buy" to the moment it hits your doorstep:

Standard Orders: 12–21 business days.
Pre-Orders: 29–44 business days.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Knowledge is power. You will receive an automated Tracking Number via email the moment your shipping label is created. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status once the package is in their possession.

5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is available to select countries; please check the shipping calculator in your cart for availability.
