This is the Tulsa 66ers Collective Snapback, a 6-panel, structured medium crown hat, all black with a green under brim. 

From 2005 - 2014 Tulsa, Oklahoma hosted The Tulsa 66ers, a professional D-League basketball team. The Tulsa 66ers laid the groundwork for the now OKC BLUE & OKC Thunder. Their impact will forever be remembered.
