William O'Neal was arrested as a teenager for car theft. He was targeted by FBI Agent Roy Mitchell and given an ultimatum: infiltrate the Black Panther Party or serve time in prison. He chose infiltration. This resulted in a $300 bonus and his subsequent suicide.
William was unfortunately failed as a child and preyed upon by the FBI. Given how America was built, that must have been a lot for an undeveloped brain to process.
This collection highlights individuals who were drawn to the illusion of freedom, ultimately harming others.
